BY USING ANY OF THE NETWORK WALKS ACADEMY SERVICES OR CLICKING ON THE “SIGNUP” BUTTON FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION (at https://networkwalks.com), YOU AGREE TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS. If, upon completion of the FIRST DAY OF ANY COURSE, either Classroom Live or ONLINE Virtual Classroom Live course, you are not satisfied with the class and wish to withdraw for this reason, we offer a 100% money back Guarantee less taxes GST/VAT & transfer fee. This guarantee will only apply if student completes the first full day of class and has signed the class roster. There will be no refunds after the 1st day of classes.
All training materials must remain with the instructor at the time of withdrawal. For cancellation request, (i) notify the instructor, (ii) return all course materials and (iii) contact the cancellation department in writing via email at sales@networkwalks.com by the close of business of first day in order to receive a 100% refund, less any GST/VAT charges, or to apply the money to future training courses at NETWORK WALKS Academy. Any other request of cancellation or refunds will not be entertained after the 2nd lecture attended.
- The VAT/GST Tax & transfer fee component of the fee paid by student will not be refunded under any circumstances
- Please note that if found & proved that you are abusing our refund policy, we reserve the right to suspend/terminate your account and refuse/restrict any or all current or future use of the services, without any liability to you
- Refunds will be only be paid back through Paypal in any case, because cards refunds take 2months processing time so Paypal is the best option (transfer fee & taxes will be deducted from amount when refunding).
- The refunds request must be raised after first day classes (no refunds after day1 of the training course)
